Virtual Reality helps Maybank Industries present new shipping technology.

Maybank Industries developed a revolutionary, fully articulated tug-barge apparatus that can be purpose-built or adapted to most barges or tug boats. Te linkage allowed both the tug and the barge to move together through the water more efficiently and with better control and maneuverability as well as placing less stress of both vessels.

Maybank and the 3D/VR center teamed up to provide Maybank's marketing force with a virtual reality simulation of the inventive technology that would replace a cumbersome and heavy wooden model.

The virtual world simulation was created and was significantly more impactful than the old-school model. Potential clients could now visualize the way in which the articulated tug barge system worked together.
