Breast Cancer affects women of all ages in epidemic proportions and sometimes mothers diagnosed with breast cancer have a difficult time explaining to younger children what it is that they are going through in search of a cure. Two such individuals wanted to create an alternative to help children understand the process.
"SiMT helped us to create a virtual prototype for our Marnie Mastectomy doll much quicker and less expensively than a full prototype. The virtual concept allowed us to explain to children of cancer patients how the doll works. Now that we have determined there is a sufficient need and benefit for our product we hope to use our concept presentation to begin pre-sales prior to starting production, further mitigating our financial risk and stretching our capital."Kae Mance
